The Role

As Information Coordinator, you will support project teams with the management and control of digital information, including drawings, models, and documentation, using Common Data Environments and related digital platforms.

You will help ensure project information is managed in line with internal requirements, BIM Execution Plans, and relevant information management standards, including ISO 19650 where applicable.

The role is also critical to supporting a consistent, scalable approach to structured information and data, including the Golden Thread of Information.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and maintain project information within the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring documentation is accurate, current, and compliant.
  • Manage the distribution, review, and filing of project documents, drawings, and models in line with company and client requirements.
  • Support project teams with information management processes, document control procedures, and system queries.
  • Monitor document workflows and produce reports on information status, quality, and compliance.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure project information meets required standards and project protocols.
  • Assist with project information handover activities, ensuring records are complete, organized, and delivered on time.
