NHS Oxfordshire Talking Therapies is seeking an experienced, motivated and forward-thinking Information Coordinator to lead our data reporting function.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role within one of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust's largest community mental health services. Working closely with clinicians, operational leaders, Trust Digital Services, Business Intelligence teams and partner organisations, you will transform complex NHS data into meaningful insight that drives service improvement, enhances patient outcomes and supports strategic decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data quality, performance improvement, digital innovation and using information to make a real difference to patient care.
The Role
As Information Coordinator, you will lead the delivery of information management, performance reporting and business intelligence across the service.
You will oversee a skilled Data Team and be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting, analysis and performance intelligence to support operational, clinical and strategic decision-making.

The role requires the ability to interrogate, analyse and interpret complex healthcare datasets from multiple sources, identifying trends, risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage the Oxfordshire Talking Therapies Data Team.
- Act as the service lead for PCMIS and associated reporting systems. Ensure compliance with NHS Talking Therapies, Trust, commissioner and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reporting tools and business intelligence solutions.
- Analyse complex NHS datasets and provide interpretation, insight and recommendations.
- Produce routine and ad hoc reports for clinicians, managers, commissioners and senior leaders.
- Present information in creative, engaging and user-friendly formats that support decision-making.
- Identify emerging trends, performance risks and opportunities to improve patient care and service effectiveness.
