Information Co-ordinator

Location: Waterbeach office

Hours: 37.5 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

About the Role

This Information Co-ordinator role within our information management function focuses on adopting our information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry and Kier standards, focusing on ISO 19650, and helping to deliver against client requirements. As part of the information management team, you will have over 30 industry professionals around you to support with queries and ensure your ambitions are realised.

Responsibilities

As an Information Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the information management team, supporting them in delivering compliance with ISO 19650 and the Building Safety Act. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing the CDE for the lifecycle of the project and in line with Kier procedures and standards
  • Acting as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors
  • Validating, checking, and curating all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE including receipt, classification, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval
  • Configuring and preparing status reports on workflows, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, and other reportable data to inform digital dashboards
  • Managing and hosting training sessions for new users of the project CDE, either with groups or on an individual basis

Requirements

This role of Information Co-ordinator is great for you if:

  • You have clear communication skills with demonstrable experience of effective communication with multidisciplinary design teams, client teams, sub-contractors, and the wider supply chain
  • You have proven experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources
  • You have competent experience with EDMS, Viewpoint 4Projects
  • You have competence with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • You are a critical and initiative-taking thinker with diligent, exacting standards and an ability and willingness to train others
