Information Coordinator / Document Controller

We are looking for an Information Coordinator / Document Controller to join our team in Castle Donington, supporting the delivery of a range of construction projects.

This is an important role within the project team, responsible for ensuring that project information is managed effectively, accurately and in accordance with project requirements. Working closely with design, commercial, operational and client teams, you will help maintain the integrity of project documentation and support efficient project delivery through robust information management processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Information Coordinator or Document Controller to join a collaborative project team and contribute to the successful delivery of a high-profile scheme.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing project documentation and ensuring information is accurately controlled and maintained
  • Administering the Common Data Environment (CDE) and managing document workflows
  • Coordinating the receipt, review, distribution and archiving of project information
  • Supporting project teams in managing design, construction and handover documentation
  • Monitoring compliance with document control procedures and project protocols
  • Tracking project deliverables and maintaining accurate records and registers
  • Producing reports on document status, workflows and key information milestones
  • Supporting the implementation of digital construction and information management best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Information Coordinator, Document Controller or similar role within construction or the built environment
  • Experience working on medium to large construction projects
  • Strong understanding of document control processes and information management principles
  • Experience using Common Data Environments (CDEs) and document management systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
