We are seeking an Information Coordinator on a maternity cover contract (12 months) who will be responsible for the efficient management, control, and distribution of project and organisational documentation. This role ensures that accurate and up-to-date information is available to project teams, stakeholders, and relevant third parties in line with defined workflows, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
This site based role requires full integration with the operational site team, working closely with project managers, design teams, consultants, and subcontractors, the Information Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining structured records, enforcing document version control, and supporting the use of Common Data Environments (CDEs) or digital platforms such as Dalux, Viewpoint, Client CDEs, and all other digital platforms in use on the project.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project information systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
- Administer Dalux and other project digital platforms, including user access, permissions, workflows, and document control processes.
- Set up and manage field work packages, inspections, checklists, drawing registers, and project documentation.
- Support the management of O&M, BCAR, testing and commissioning documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee Work in Progress (WIP) environments and collaboration platforms, ensuring secure access and adherence to project procedures.
- Support project audits, inspections, and information management compliance activities.
- Manage project user onboarding, access permissions, and learning management records.
- Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing support for Dalux and other project information management systems.
- Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, and analytics to support project teams and stakeholders.
- Promote knowledge sharing and act as a key point of contact for information management across project teams, clients, and supply chain partners.

Experience
- Experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources
- Experience with CDE’s/DFTs
- Experience with dealing with multidisciplinary design teams and supply chain
- Experience in delivering training
Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with, and educate all stakeholders in IM protocols ensuring they are strictly adhered to.
- Well organised and self-motivated
- Excellent document preparation and formatting skills
- Ability to prioritise work, multitask and troubleshoot
- Interest in project delivery processes, project administration and the wider industry
Qualifications
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of BS 1192, PAS 1192 or ISO19650
- Advanced user of VFP, FV or similar platforms
