Sizewell C’s Business

Sizewell C’s business is to design, finance, construct, commission, operate, maintain, and eventually decommission the nuclear power plant and related infrastructure at Sizewell C in Suffolk. Overall, whilst the Company is in the construction phase, the Boards’ principal focus is on the development and construction of Sizewell C on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety standards. The Company is maturing to meet all these requirements.

Sizewell C is economically regulated by OFGEM under the RAB model similar to other UK electricity distribution networks and Thames Tideway.

Sizewell C construction strategy is to replicate the design of Hinkley Point C, using the majority of the same supply chain, but innovating in the way it is delivered to achieve savings in time and cost of around 20%. The CCO will need to be guided by and incorporate lessons learned from the Hinkley Point C commercial delivery to achieve Sizewell C’s ambition.

Following Financial Completion and Revenue Commencement, Sizewell C is fully funded and is owned by; The Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero representing HM Government, La Caisse, Centrica, EDF and Amber Infrastructure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a process, connecting people, maintaining high standards and confidently moving work forward.

Why Join as an Information Disclosure Coordinator?

This is not simply a document management position. You will take real ownership of a business critical workstream and play an important role in making sure sensitive information is shared securely, accurately and with the correct approvals.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Become a trusted point of coordination across Sizewell C
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across Economic Regulation, Legal and the wider business
  • Develop your knowledge of information disclosure within a highly regulated environment
  • Shape and improve processes as the organisation continues to mature
  • Take ownership of visible, meaningful work that protects the project from disclosure and contractual risks
  • Build experience on one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects

The role carries genuine responsibility. Incorrect disclosure could create project risk, while sharing information without the required consent could result in a breach of contract. Your judgement, organisation and attention to detail will therefore make a real difference.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Economic Regulation, you will:

  • Lead the daily management and quality assurance of the Virtual Data Room
  • Coordinate requests for information across the business and work with a wide range of internal stakeholders
  • Make sure information is reviewed, approved and disclosed in line with regulatory, contractual and confidentiality requirements
  • Maintain clear and accurate procedure and process documentation
  • Provide oversight and assurance that agreed processes and procedures are being followed
  • Own and maintain the trackers used across the Information Disclosure workstream
  • Coordinate activity across connected workstreams and keep actions moving forward
  • Support the wider Information Disclosure team, including an Analyst and colleagues from the Legal team
  • Build effective working relationships with regulators, government representatives, shareholders and colleagues across Sizewell C

About Sizewell C

When joining Sizewell C, you may wonder why you are contacted by colleagues with an EDF email or see the EDF logo on portals that you access and/or documentation you receive; this is because we have partnered with EDF for the provision of a number of support services whilst we complete a successful transition out of the EDF group.

At Sizewell C we encourage and embrace diversity and how it can improve our experience and performance at work. It is a requirement that those who join us have the right to work in the UK.
