Red Rock Renewables is an investor, owner, operator and developer of renewable energy projects. Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, our growing team are passionate about generating clean energy and supporting the UK and Europe’s net zero ambitions.
Our current portfolio includes five part or fully owned wind farm projects, each at different lifecycle stages. Our operational wind farms – Afton (100% equity), Beatrice (25%)– have an installed capacity of 320 MW (RRPL proportion), while our development projects – Benbrack onshore wind farm in the South West of Scotland (100%) and Inch Cape offshore wind farm off the East Coast (50%) – will deliver an additional 570 MW.

Job Purpose
Responsible for supporting the Data and Information Manager in setting up, maintaining, and developing the document and data management systems.

Job Description
- Administration and Management of the electronic document Management System (EDMS), SharePoint
- Implementation of new and maintenance of existing EDMS workflows, via M365 Power Automate
- Ensuring that all configurations are tested, efficient, effective and sufficiently flexible to adapt to a growing organisation;
- Maintain and coordinate the Information Management Audit schedule, whilst carrying out assigned audits and logging as required findings
- Enforce controlled processes and practices for the creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution and accessibility of internal and external documents;
- Providing quality assurance in compliance with document to ensure that documents and records are managed to satisfy site licence requirements, statutory regulations, company and local directives, procedures and safety rules;
- Facilitate and manage the EDMS access and training of internal and external personnel to ensure competency and provide on-going user support;
- Effective delivery of assigned work scope
- Monitoring and reporting progress and proactively trouble shooting, problem solving when issues arise
- Assist in the planning and administration of implementation and continual improvement of the Information Management Strategy for effectiveness and efficiency;

- Strong and confident communication skills, verbal and written
- Well organised and self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team;
- Proven time management skills, working to deadlines and ability to priorities tasks and objectives
- A strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure to deliver high quality work in a demanding environment
- Enthusiastic, conscientious and keen to learn

Knowledge and Experience Required
Essential
- 5 years previous experience within a document control, quality control or compliance background.
- Experience with implementation, development and maintenance of Information and Document Management systems (Viewpoint for Projects and SharePoint)
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
Desirable
- Proven experience working on Engineering and Construction Projects
- Expertise/experience in the renewables industry.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications
- SCQF Level 9 (Bachelor’s Degree), SCQF Level 8 (HND) or SCQF level 7 (HNC)
- Document Control related qualification.
