Job Description

Overview

Love solutions that make our world a better place?

Our Digital, Data & AI Advisory team synthesises knowledge and information from across AtkinsRéalis and uses it to guide strategies and roadmaps that achieve the outcomes our clients need. We work alongside organisations to create trusted information foundations that enable digital transformation, advanced analytics, AI adoption and improved business performance across infrastructure, energy and the built environment.

Information Management is increasingly critical to ensuring that clients can trust the insights they derive from their data and do so efficiently. It also underpins effective project delivery, better decision-making, improved reuse of knowledge and the development of future digital services and products.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Information & Data Management Consultant who can combine practical Information Management and BIM delivery expertise with strategic advisory skills. The role will suit someone who can engage clients, shape information and data strategies, improve ways of working and help teams realise measurable value from digital transformation.

Your role

  • Support the delivery of Information Management, data governance and digital transformation services across projects and programmes.
  • Working with experienced consultants, technical specialists, clients and delivery teams, you will help implement standards, processes and digital solutions that improve information quality, governance, collaboration and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to practical advisory outputs, support the consistent management and reuse of information and data assets, and help prepare trusted information foundations for analytics, automation, digital twins, AI and future digital services.
  • Contribute to the continued development of the Digital, Data & AI Advisory team through reusable guidance, templates and lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients and project teams in the application of Information Management and BIM standards, including BS EN ISO 19650, AtkinsRéalis procedures and digital delivery best practice.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of Information Management strategies, delivery plans, governance frameworks, reporting arrangements and Common Data Environment (CDE) approaches.
  • Contributing to client workshops, discovery activities, maturity assessments and stakeholder engagement to understand business needs, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Helping clients improve information governance, data quality, metadata, taxonomy and information architecture to maximise the value of information and data assets.
  • Supporting the identification, structuring and management of information and data assets that enable analytics, automation, digital twins, AI and other digital transformation initiatives.
  • Monitoring Information Management performance, compliance, risks, issues and benefits, preparing reports and recommendations that support effective project delivery.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary digital, data and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions and support wider transformation objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining reusable templates, guidance, lessons learned and awareness materials that improve consistency and capability across projects and programmes.
  • Supporting client presentations, proposals and work-winning activities by contributing technical knowledge, project experience and practical delivery insights.
  • Continuously developing your knowledge and expertise across Information Management, data governance, BIM, digital transformation, data and AI, while contributing to a positive learning and knowledge-sharing culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
