At BW, we deliver high-quality projects through collaboration, innovation, and exceptional standards. We’re now looking for an experienced Information Manager to play a key role in managing and maintaining project information across our sites.
The Role
The Information Manager at BW is responsible for overseeing all project-related documentation in line with BW’s Information Management processes and ISO 19650 standards. Acting as a key liaison between all project stakeholders, the role ensures the smooth and accurate flow of information and enforces compliance with established procedures. The IM manages complex projects, including those with BIM or enhanced information requirements, and supports the wider team across the business with troubleshooting and best-practice guidance. The IM also plays a key role in building and upholding audit readiness and ISO compliance across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project specific set up on Procore, HammerTech, Ops Drive & QFlow
- Add subcontractors upon appointment and issue welcome emails detailing BW standards and processes
- Management of DRS, distributing, chasing and uploading
- O&M documentation collation, management and ownership for the full lifecycle of the project, ensuring full compliance and timely delivery
- QA checks, close and distribute submittals in a timely manner
- Upload of design information to Procore
- Champion Information Management standards and identify ways to improve processes
- Chase internal and external team members to close out open items on Procore, HammerTech and QFlow, including reporting
- Train internal and external team members on Procore and HammerTech and provide ongoing guidance
- Attend internal and external meetings, raising open items and issues
- Ensure ISO 19650 compliance across all project workflows and support audit preparedness
- Carry out project-specific setup on BW’s construction management platforms.
- Manage and maintain accurate contact details for BW, clients, and consultants within Procore.
- Onboard subcontractors, clearly communicating BW’s standards, processes, and expectations.
- Oversee DRS processes, ensuring timely issue, review, and submission.
