Information Manager

Kenna Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Information Manager to join a well-established construction business, working on a major project in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Information Manager looking to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in managing project information and supporting the wider team, with a particular focus on reporting and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will have strong experience using Asite, which is essential for this position, and will be confident working with a range of stakeholders across the project.

  • Managing and maintaining project information through Asite
  • Producing and managing regular reports for the project team
  • Attending and contributing to stakeholder meetings
  • Working closely with internal and external teams to ensure information is managed effectively
  • Monitoring information and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Supporting and improving information management processes
  • Acting as a key point of contact for information management across the project

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as an Information Manager
  • Strong Asite experience is essential
  • Confident producing reports and presenting information clearly
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable attending meetings and working with a range of project stakeholders
  • A proactive and organised approach to Information Management
