Information Manager | Birmingham

Are you passionate about Information Management, CDEs and digital delivery within construction?

We’re looking for an Information Manager who will be taking on a key role in managing, maintaining and controlling project information throughout the entire project lifecycle — from mobilisation through to completion and handover.

As Information Manager, you’ll be the central point of contact for project information management, working closely with project teams, clients and the supply chain.

  • Managing the project Common Data Environment (CDE) and information management systems
  • Maintaining information workflows, document control and traceability
  • Generating reports and using data analytics to monitor project performance
  • Training and supporting project teams and supply chain members
  • Managing users, access rights and information security
  • Supporting compliance with ISO 19650 and project information requirements
  • Supporting the mobilisation and administration of Asite
  • Working collaboratively with BIM Managers, Document Controllers, Design Managers, Commercial teams and the wider project team
  • Driving compliance, governance and continuous improvement across project information processes

  • Practical experience applying ISO 19650
  • Strong Asite administration/user experience
  • Experience implementing Information Management strategies
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
