Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Information Resources Librarian to join our Resources and Discovery Team. The Team ensure that students, researchers and staff have the teaching, learning and research content they need. Working cross-team, the role contributes to all aspects of information resource acquisition and management, whilst leading on a specific area for the service.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail. A positive attitude is essential, as well as problem-solving, time management and prioritisation skills. The ability to work confidently independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team, is also essential.

For this role, we are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate experience of working with archive and special collection materials, including their cataloguing, digitisation and promotion.
This is a part time role working at both our Headingley and City Campuses and suitable for a mixture of on campus and hybrid working. Working arrangements are dependent on the job role, team and University requirements and will be discussed with candidates at interview. Some flexibility around hours and days of working is possible and these will be agreed with the successful candidate.
