ISMS Management- InfoSec Specialist | Birmingham | Hybrid (3 days in-office) | Professional Services
Are you an ISO27001 specialist ready to take ownership of an established Information Security Management System within a genuinely strong GRC and Information Security team?
We're working with a well-regarded professional services business in Birmingham to find an ISMS Manager who will take the lead on ISO27001 implementation and management, working within a highly capable, collaborative GRC function.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning and driving the ongoing implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organisation's ISMS in line with ISO27001
- Leading internal audits, risk assessments, and control reviews across the business
- Acting as a key point of contact for certification audits and liaising with external auditors
- Partnering closely with the wider GRC and InfoSec team to embed a strong security culture across the organisation
- Advising stakeholders at all levels on information security risk, compliance obligations, and best practice

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' experience within Information Security and GRC, with hands-on ISO27001 implementation experience as a must-have
- A strong understanding of risk management, information security frameworks, and compliance requirements
- Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor) would be a strong advantage
