How You'll Help Us Live Our Purpose

We've been helping our members save for their future and buy their own home since 1875. Join us and you'll play a big role in helping us to put home ownership within reach of more people, generation after generation.

It's a purpose that drives everything we do. And you can play your part too – we're looking for an Information Security and Resilience Business Partner to help Leeds Building Society strengthen how we protect our members, colleagues and services.

How You'll Make a Difference

In this role, you'll help develop and embed our Operational Resilience framework, making sure our approach is practical, effective and aligned to the needs of the business.

  • Carry out thematic reviews across IT risk, information security and resilience, assessing how well controls are working and using your findings to support clear, meaningful risk reporting into governance forums.
  • Provide pragmatic advice, constructive challenge and assurance across information security, IT risk, operational resilience and third-party risk, helping teams identify practical solutions and strengthen how we operate.
  • Support third-party due diligence, undertake information security reviews where needed, and build effective relationships with operational teams, Internal Audit, risk colleagues and wider stakeholders.

This role offers the chance to work at the heart of important business change, combining security, resilience, risk and transformation. You'll be able to shape how we strengthen controls, improve oversight and support colleagues through change, while contributing to our CORE transformation programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
