In The Business Applications (BA) Team
- You help our internal departments optimize and redesign their end-to-end processes in the ERP system and in the related business applications of the global IT operations.
- You analyze processes, identify potential for improvement, and implement solutions to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- You ensure that daily business activities run smoothly.
In The Infrastructure And Services (IaS) Team

- You support departments in the implementation of numerous projects within the framework of IT project execution.
- You ensure efficient, transparent planning, management, and implementation of IT projects in accordance with our high corporate standards.

In The IT Security Management (SM) Team
- You ensure the continuous development of IT security standards.
- You raise awareness among Leica employees about topics relevant to security through measures like IT awareness campaigns.
- You protect IT infrastructure, data, and systems from both internal and external threats.
- You ensure compliance with statutory and corporate regulations.
