Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and IT requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and support IT applications, systems, and business processes.
- Investigate technical issues and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve them.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and document functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze system performance, processes, and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical documentation.
- Support application implementations, upgrades, and system integrations.
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Conduct system testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Track incidents, problems, and change requests.
- Maintain technical and business process documentation.
- Work with project managers, developers, QA teams, vendors, and business users.
- Ensure IT solutions align with business requirements and organizational standards.

Required Skills

- Experience in IT analysis, business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI is preferred.
- Understanding of software development and IT service management processes.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good understanding of system testing and UAT.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
