About the Role
Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about making IT operations run smoothly?
We’re looking for an IT Asset Coordinator to play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of IT hardware, software, and mobile assets across our global organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Service Delivery team and have real ownership over asset management processes, supplier relationships, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our IT assets are accurately tracked, optimised, and compliant across the business. This includes:
- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware assets: procurement, deployment, maintenance, redeployment, and disposal
- Maintaining a robust, auditable IT asset register and identifying opportunities to maximise asset value through reuse and redeployment
- Coordinating hardware procurement, working closely with suppliers and logistics partners to meet demand, standards, and budgets
- Supporting the Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) process to recover, redeploy, and securely dispose of equipment
- Overseeing mobile device provisioning, mobile service providers, and invoice validation
- Producing regular and ad-hoc asset reporting and analysis to support financial control and decision-making
- Driving continuous improvement in asset management processes and resolving asset-related issues end to end

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
