Day to day:
Insight Global is hiring a IT Associate to join a global Consulting company for frontline IT support in London. This Tier 1 support role is ideal for someone with IT experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You’ll be the go-to person for providing hands on support at IT Hub areas and will be responsible for building and configuring hardware for new hires and replacements, delivering a seamless “white glove” experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing in-person technical support at IT Hub walk-up stations
- Delivering high-touch customer service to ensure a smooth user experience
- Building and configuring laptops for new joiners and replacements
- Supporting application setup
- Performing basic troubleshooting
- Logging and managing IT service tickets to maintain efficient and responsive support operations

Must haves:
- IT support experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Windows 11, Mac, and Microsoft Office
- Ticketing systems experience (ideally ServiceNow)
- Imaging experience (preferably using Intune)
- Application setup and configuration experience
- Familiarity with Active Directory (e.g., password resets, account lockouts), troubleshooting
- Mobile phone experience (MDM) with iOS
