IT Internal Audit Manager - FTSE 100 (Technology, Cyber & GRC)

Greater London

c.£75,000 - £85,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

Astrum Search is delighted to be partnering with a leading FTSE 100 organisation to appoint an IT Internal Audit Manager into its Group Internal Audit team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technology risk professional to take on a broader assurance role, with exposure to cyber, transformation, GRC and emerging technology risks across a complex and evolving business.

The team is particularly interested in candidates who bring a strong area of expertise and are keen to develop this further, rather than simply following a traditional IT audit career path.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technology and cyber assurance reviews across a diverse IT environment
  • Provide independent challenge and insight across major transformation programmes
  • Assess technology governance, risk management and control frameworks
  • Evaluate cyber risk, resilience and the effectiveness of key technology controls
  • Work closely with senior technology and business stakeholders to identify and address emerging risks
  • Help develop the team's capability across specialist areas of technology assurance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
