IT Audit Manager
North Yorkshire | Hybrid Working
A leading organisation is continuing to invest heavily in technology, digital transformation, and cyber resilience, creating an exciting opportunity for an IT Audit Manager to join a highly regarded Internal Audit function.
With a strong reputation across the business, the Technology Audit team acts as a genuine trusted adviser, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide insight, challenge, and assurance across a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
This is a particularly exciting time to join, with several major transformation programmes underway, including:
- A digital-first transformation, modernising core systems and migrating critical applications and data to cloud-based platforms.
- Automation and customer experience initiatives, leveraging technology to improve efficiency while maintaining a strong human-centred approach to customer support.
- Data and analytics programmes, creating a more joined-up view of customers and enabling enhanced insight, reporting, and decision-making.
- Ongoing investment in cyber security, resilience, AI governance, and technology risk management to support future growth and regulatory expectations.

The Opportunity
You will deliver a broad portfolio of audits across technology, cyber security, and operational resilience while helping shape the future audit approach in a fast-changing environment.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and delivering audits across technology risk, cyber security, cloud services, IT governance, resilience, and disaster recovery.
- Evaluating controls across large-scale transformation and change programmes.
- Providing independent assurance and practical recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Supporting reviews covering AI, data governance, digital transformation, and emerging technology risks.
- Identifying emerging risks and trends through continuous monitoring activities.
- Building strong relationships across technology, risk, and business functions.
- Contributing towards the development of the audit plan and wider audit strategy.
