Project Manager / Business Analyst – COLLAB EMS® & COLLABWELLS®
Contract | Outside IR35 | Remote / Hybrid | Aberdeen
About Evoilve
Evoilve is a growing SaaS technology company developing intelligent software solutions for the energy industry.
Our products, COLLAB EMS® and COLLABWELLS®, are being implemented by energy companies to improve how they manage projects, processes, wells, operational activities and business-critical information.
As our client portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team and play an important role in delivering successful client implementations.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, client-facing role sitting at the intersection of project management, business analysis, product and technology.
You will work directly with clients to understand how their businesses operate, map and analyse their processes, identify requirements and help configure and implement COLLAB EMS® and COLLABWELLS® around their needs.
You will also act as an important link between our clients and Evoilve's product and development teams—making sure requirements are clearly understood while keeping clients informed about new capabilities, enhancements and product releases.
We are looking for someone who can comfortably move between a client workshop, process-mapping session, product demonstration, requirements discussion and conversation with a development team.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and support implementation of COLLAB EMS® and COLLABWELLS® within client organisations.
- Work with clients to understand their existing processes, workflows, data and business requirements.
- Analyse and document business processes using BPM diagrams, flow charts and process maps.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes through technology and workflow automation.
- Translate business requirements into practical software configurations and implementation plans.
- Gather, analyse and document requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate implementation activities between clients and Evoilve's product/development teams.
- Configure workflows, forms, processes, roles and other product functionality where required.
- Support data migration, testing, UAT and go-live activities.
- Run client workshops, demonstrations and training sessions.
- Help clients understand and adopt new product functionality.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our latest product capabilities, releases and roadmap.
- Proactively communicate relevant product updates and enhancements to existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve how clients use the platform and recommend appropriate functionality.
- Capture client feedback and translate it into clear requirements or product improvement opportunities.
- Manage implementation actions, issues, risks, dependencies and client expectations.
- Work closely with the Evoilve product team to ensure requirements are understood and prioritised appropriately.
- Support ongoing client relationships and help ensure customers continue to gain value from our products.
- Contribute to improving Evoilve's implementation methodology, documentation, templates and best practices.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The person we're looking for
