Digitalisation Partner / Information Technology Business Partner
📍 Grangemouth | 6 Months On-Site, Then Hybrid (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)
We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing organisation seeking a Digitalisation Partner to join the business in a newly created position.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand-new role, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive digital transformation, process improvement, automation, systems integration and data-led decision making across the organisation.
You'll act as the bridge between business and technology teams, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, deliver value, and support strategic business objectives through innovative digital solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to identify technology and process improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.
- Lead digital projects from concept through to implementation.
- Drive automation, systems integration and data-led initiatives.
- Support the adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What We're Looking For
- Experience working between business and IT functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience delivering technology, transformation or business change projects.
- A commercially minded problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Desirable
- Manufacturing, supply chain or production environment experience.
- ERP, EDI, systems integration or digital transformation experience.
- Reporting, analytics or business intelligence knowledge.
