Senior IT Business Partner - South West England
Our client is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of sustainable building products, generating towards £1b in revenue and shaping the built environment through its core divisions. As the business continues to grow - through organic investment and bolt-on acquisition - it's building out its central IT function to match that ambition, and is looking for a Senior IT Business Partner to be part of it.
The role
This is a hands-on, business-facing role for someone who thrives on owning outcomes rather than managing a delivery plan. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders across the business, translating commercial priorities into practical technology solutions across core enterprise platforms - SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Salesforce, and Power BI.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
