Technology Consultant – Process Automation
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000–£60,000 + benefits
Sector: Consulting
Who you'll be working with
Join a leading change and transformation consultancy within its Technology & Data Practice, helping clients improve processes and turn business requirements into practical technology solutions.
We're looking for someone with a consulting or client-facing background who can bridge business analysis, process improvement and automation.
What you'll be doing
- Analyse end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Design future-state processes and workflow solutions.
- Work across RPA, low-code and AI-enabled automation.
- Support testing, deployment and operational handover.
- Work with tools such as UiPath, Celonis, Power Automate or similar.
- Facilitate client workshops and work with business and technology stakeholders.
- Define KPIs and measure the impact of process improvements.
- Explore where AI and agentic workflows can add value.

What we're looking for

- 3+ years' experience in consulting or a client-facing environment.
- Background in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Automation or Technology Consulting.
- Strong process mapping and requirements gathering experience.
- Experience with workflow automation, RPA or low-code technologies.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations and enterprise systems.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure AI or similar is beneficial.
Consulting experience is essential for this role.
