Role Description
The Information Technology Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for advising clients on effective use of technology to meet their business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Assessing client requirements
- Analyzing existing systems
- Recommending suitable IT solutions and architectures

The consultant will provide guidance on application development and web technologies, coordinate implementation with technical teams, and deliver clear documentation and presentations. The role also involves:
- Offering ongoing technical support
- Troubleshooting issues
- Maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Strong IT Consulting and Consulting skills, with experience advising clients on technology solutions.
- Solid Information Technology knowledge, including familiarity with application development and web technologies.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess requirements, interpret data, and design practical solutions.
- Technical Support skills for diagnosing issues, resolving problems, and assisting users remotely.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience working in a remote environment, with excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Background in Windows, Android, or web development (HTML, WordPress, Ghost, landing pages) is a plus.
- Ability to document solutions clearly and present recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
