Technology Implementation Delivery Consultant

£425/day | Outside IR35 | Up to 12 Month Contract | UK-wide Travel
London location preferred for collaboration as Project team London based

About the Role

We're supporting a major UK-wide business transformation programme that will see hundreds of operational sites migrated onto a new enterprise technology platform.

This isn't a traditional Project Manager role. It's a hands-on implementation position, working end-to-end through the programme lifecycle.

Initially, you'll help prepare the rollout - working with operational teams to understand existing processes, support data discovery and migration readiness, and ensure sites are fully prepared for deployment.

As the programme gathers pace, the role naturally evolves into delivering live implementations across multiple UK sites - coordinating suppliers, supporting go-lives, resolving issues on the ground and ensuring each site transitions successfully into BAU.

It's a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to operations, solving problems and seeing technology successfully delivered in live environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
