We're partnering with a well-established digital transformation consultancy that delivers complex technology solutions across the public sector and other highly regulated environments. Their teams help organisations modernise services, improve user experiences and deliver meaningful outcomes for citizens and communities.

Due to continual demand, they are looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to join the Edinburgh team. You'll take ownership of the successful delivery of digital products and services, working alongside Architects, Developers, UX Specialists and QA Engineers within Agile environments.

The Role

  • Lead multidisciplinary Agile teams delivering complex digital projects.
  • Manage delivery roadmaps, budgets, RAID logs and governance activities.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
  • Support and mentor colleagues while promoting delivery best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering digital, software or technology projects.
  • Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum and/or Kanban).
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Public sector or client facing experience
