IT Engineer | Office 365 & Infrastructure | Hands-On Media Tech Role
Location: Holborn, London (4 days in-office, 1 WFH)
Contract: 12-Month FTC (with the view to go permanent)
Salary: £40,000–£45,000
The Role
Join a leading UK media group operating across TV, digital, and production subsidiaries. You will be a key member of a small, dynamic technical operations team, delivering world-class 2nd line support and managing end-user systems. You’ll get involved in exciting technical projects across a fast-paced media environment, collaborating closely with senior engineers, taking ownership of escalations, and growing your skills in Office 365 administration, networking, and infrastructure initiatives.

- IT support or systems admin experience
- Strong Windows, MacOS, networking, and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Office 365 / Microsoft 365 admin (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, email restores)
- Active Directory, Okta, and identity management knowledge
- Backup & email security tools experience (Barracuda, Print Logic, etc.)
- ITIL Foundation or service management understanding
- Cloud/migration exposure (AWS, device & network management)
- Confidence with stakeholders, escalations, and BAU support
Nice to Haves
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Previous project involvement (e.g., migrations or infrastructure rollouts)
- Mentoring or supporting junior colleagues
- Hands-on involvement in a small, high-retention technical team
