IT Deployment Engineer
Rugby | Up to £32,000 | Full-time, Onsite
A global logistics organisation operating across retail, wholesale, and supply chain sectors with 10,000+ employees worldwide is launching a brand-new UK warehouse site and needs an experienced Onsite IT Deployment Engineer to help bring the technology environment to life. This is a hands-on deployment role within a major greenfield project.
You'll be responsible for installing, configuring, and rolling out the technology that keeps the site running, from laptops and mobile devices through to warehouse hardware, networking equipment, and user support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on IT work, site rollouts, and seeing the direct impact of their efforts on a project's success.

What you'll be doing:
- Deploying and configuring laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
- Assisting with the installation and setup of network infrastructure, cabling, switches, and connectivity across the warehouse
- Working closely with third-party suppliers and internal teams to ensure equipment is delivered, installed, and operational on schedule
- Troubleshooting hardware, connectivity, and deployment issues during the site rollout
- Providing onsite support to warehouse and office users
- Maintaining accurate asset records and deployment documentation
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in IT deployment, desktop support, field engineering, or rollout projects
- Strong hands-on hardware knowledge across laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices
- Experience supporting Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Comfortable working in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or large-scale operational environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
