IT Engineer | £40,000 - £45,000 + Company Bonus | Hybrid | MSP
This role offers a varied technical environment where you'll help design, improve and support business-critical infrastructure while driving efficiencies through scripting and automation. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and working across both network and systems technologies, this could be an ideal next step.
The Role
You'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organisation's core IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable and high-performing network and systems environments. Working closely with technical teams across the business, you'll contribute to infrastructure projects, cloud adoption and ongoing automation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement and support enterprise LAN infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing technologies including OSPF and BGP.
- Develop automation using PowerShell, Python or Bash.
- Administer Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Support Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID.
- Contribute to infrastructure improvement and cloud migration projects.
- Maintain system security, performance and availability.
- Produce technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively across infrastructure and IT teams to deliver technical projects.
