Day-to-day
- Handling 2nd and 3rd line support across a mixed Mac and Windows environment

Requirements
- Comfortable with Windows, Microsoft 365, and macOS
- Experience with Jamf
- Some exposure to AI tooling in a workplace setting will help you hit the ground running
