Power Platform & Copilot Engineer
£70,000–£80,000 + Benefits
Hybrid – 2 days per week from any UK office
If you're passionate about Power Platform, Power Apps and Microsoft Copilot, this is one of the most exciting opportunities I've come across this year.
I'm working with one of the UK's largest Microsoft partners and a FTSE-listed technology business that is investing heavily in AI, automation and the Microsoft ecosystem.
Having recently migrated to Dynamics 365 CRM, they've already identified 100+ opportunities where AI and automation can transform the way the business operates. As a result, they're building a brand-new Power Platform team and are looking for engineers who want to build solutions from the ground up.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
