IT Field Engineer

Location: London (Field-Based Across Multiple Client Sites)

We're looking for a customer-focused IT Field Engineer to join our growing team, supporting a diverse range of clients across London. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate IT professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, building strong client relationships, and working with the latest Microsoft and cloud technologies.

As a trusted technical expert, you'll be the face of our business on client sites, delivering exceptional support and ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and efficient. Every day will bring new challenges, new environments, and opportunities to expand your technical expertise.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering first-class onsite IT support and resolving technical issues efficiently
  • Managing and progressing support tickets while keeping clients informed every step of the way
  • Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, desktop environments, networking, and security solutions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure, connectivity, and hardware-related issues
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Prioritising and managing your workload to meet service levels and client expectations
  • Contributing to team success by sharing knowledge and continuously developing your technical skills
  • Acting as a professional ambassador for the business at all times

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from ambitious IT professionals who combine strong technical ability with excellent customer service skills.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies
  • Understanding of networking, firewalls, virtualisation, and cyber security principles
  • Basic knowledge of backup and antivirus solutions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive, proactive, and professional approach to customer service
  • Passion for learning and developing your technical expertise
