Technology Governance Consultant
Tenth Revolution Group is assisting a specialist technology consultancy with the appointment of a Technology Governance Consultant on a contract basis.
This is a consulting-led role for someone who enjoys helping clients bring structure, clarity and confidence to complex technology and transformation initiatives. You will work across governance, risk, operating-model design and organisational change, supporting clients to define practical frameworks and ways of working that can be embedded successfully.
While the business operates at the intersection of technology and AI transformation, direct AI experience is not essential. Training will be provided in areas including AI governance, Microsoft Copilot and the organisation’s own methodologies.
The Role
- Support client engagements focused on technology and AI governance, risk management, operating models and organisational transformation.
- Run workshops and discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand current challenges, risks and priorities.
- Help design governance frameworks, decision-making structures, processes and controls that are practical and proportionate.
- Translate findings into clear recommendations, reports, roadmaps and client-facing deliverables.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, building credibility and helping clients navigate change.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of consulting approaches, methodologies and best practice.

We Are Looking For
- Strong consulting experience within technology, risk, governance or transformation.
- Experience working directly with clients and facilitating workshops with a range of senior stakeholders.
- A structured, analytical approach to understanding problems, gathering requirements and turning them into clear recommendations.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create high-quality reports and presentations.
- Confidence operating in ambiguous environments and bringing structure to complex challenges.
- A genuine interest in the impact of emerging technology and how organisations can adopt it responsibly.

Relevant Backgrounds Could Include
- Technology Risk, Risk Advisory or Technology Consulting.
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- Technology or digital transformation consulting.
- Information or data governance.
- Operating-model design, organisational design or business change consulting.
This role would suit a Consultant or Senior Consultant who has built a strong grounding in governance and stakeholder-led consulting, and is keen to apply that experience in a growing technology and transformation environment.
