Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist – VMware, Azure & Microsoft
£400–£500 per day | Outside IR35
6-month contract | Strong extension potential
Hybrid – Greater Stockport
Join a business in the middle of rapid global expansion, driven by continued acquisition and growth. As the organisation brings together new businesses, sites and technology estates, it's making significant investment in the infrastructure required to operate at greater scale.
This role sits directly within that transformation. You'll be part of a major tenant-to-tenant migration, working across VMware, Azure and the Microsoft technology stack to help consolidate and modernise a growing global infrastructure estate.

Responsibilities
- Engineer and support VMware, Azure and Microsoft enterprise infrastructure.
- Support the tenant-to-tenant migration and integration of acquired environments.
- Manage Windows Server, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and wider enterprise infrastructure.

Requirements
- Strong senior-level experience across VMware and Microsoft infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
- Nutanix and/or Rubrik experience beneficial.
Contract Details
- Day rate: £400–£500 per day
- IR35: Outside IR35
- Duration: 6 months initially, with strong extension potential
- Working model: Hybrid – Greater Stockport
