If you’re the kind of person who likes getting stuck into projects, making decisions, and seeing things through properly, this will suit you.

We’re looking for someone to design and deliver Microsoft based cloud and infrastructure solutions. You’ll be working directly with customers, leading projects end-to-end, and helping them move forward with their tech in a way that actually works day to day.

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing and delivering Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Handling migrations, upgrades, and general modernisation work
  • Setting up things like Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot
  • Working across servers, networking, security - a bit of everything
  • Owning projects from start to finish
  • Talking to customers regularly (not just sitting behind the scenes)

The kind of tech involved

  • Azure / Microsoft 365
  • Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Intune & Autopilot
  • Windows Server / Active Directory
  • Networking, VPNs, firewalls
  • Backup and disaster recovery

What we’re looking for

  • A couple of years in a similar role (consultancy or delivery)
  • Someone who’s comfortable taking ownership of their work
  • Able to explain things clearly to customers
  • Solid technical grounding across cloud / infrastructure
  • Practical experience matters more than ticking every certification box

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
