Job Purpose
The Innovation & Automation Intern supports the team in delivering automation and process improvement initiatives across the organization. The role contributes to analyzing business challenges, documenting requirements, developing and testing solutions, and supporting solution adoption. The position exists to help drive operational efficiency, enhance user experience, and accelerate the delivery of innovative digital solutions that create measurable business value.
Job Description
Support global Innovation & Automation initiatives through process analysis, solution development, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities. Contribute to automation, cloud, and digital transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency, user experience, and business value.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business value.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities, inefficiencies, and improvement areas.
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements for automation and innovation projects.
- Participate in the design, development, configuration, and testing of automation solutions, integrations, and digital tools under supervision.
- Execute functional and user acceptance testing activities, documenting results and supporting issue resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, user guides, knowledge articles, and project records to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor and report project progress, testing outcomes, risks, issues, and improvement opportunities to project leads and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Global IT teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to support successful solution delivery and adoption.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities that enable data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
- Contribute ideas for innovation, automation, and process standardization that improve service quality, user experience, and operational effectiveness.
- Follow established security, governance, compliance, and documentation standards when performing assigned activities.
- Assist with solution deployment, user onboarding, and adoption activities to maximize the value delivered by automation initiatives.
- Learn and apply modern technologies, including Power Platform, cloud services, AI-enabled solutions, APIs, and automation tools, to support team objectives.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen technical and business capabilities.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous learning, collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence in alignment with team objectives and company values.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of business processes, information systems, and digital technologies.
- Interest in automation, cloud technologies, data analytics, and digital transformation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
