We're looking for a IT Manager (Systems & Applications) to lead the evolution, security, and ongoing optimisation of our digital workplace environment.
In this role, you will be a lead for our digital workplace products, ensuring colleagues across the business have access to secure, innovative, and effective technologies that enable them to do their best work. You will drive the roadmap for workplace technologies, champion cybersecurity, manage key technology partners, and ensure our digital services deliver real value to the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of digital working within a growing international organisation. You'll have the autonomy to define and deliver the strategy, introduce innovative technologies, strengthen cybersecurity capabilities, and deliver meaningful improvements to the colleague experience.
What you'll be doing
As our IT Manager (Systems & Applications), you will:
- Be the digital workplace technical expert for designated products: Modern Desktop/Productivity Applications including collaboration tools, Cyber and Service Management
- Ensuring IPCI possess optimal capability for designated products, to meet corporate goals, via undertaking routine industry horizon scanning to maintain enhancement backlogs
- Defining & maintaining IPCI’s cyber policy, strategy, setting standards & procedures, in conjunction with internal support teams
- Ensuring IPCI technology services and its data are safe & secure, through effective deployment of cyber technology, methodologies, procedures & controls
- Ensuring that all cyber incidents are managed effectively, with minimal reputation damage and that IPCI follows applicable cyber legislation in each region it operates
- Driving a ‘cyber aware’ culture across IPCI’s workforce and external partners, leveraging IT Support Analysts in region
- Establishing & maintaining IPCI’s digital workplace colleague service management framework, including deployment of appropriate tooling, procedures & controls
- Ensuring new product capability is optimally deployed & embedded, via effective partner execution, including articulating clear specifications & acceptance criteria
- Championing initiation of digital programmes for large-scale change to digital workplace technology

About you
You will be a strategic and forward-thinking technology professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences for colleagues.
You will bring:
- A strong understanding of modern desktop and digital workplace technologies
- The ability to balance long-term planning with practical execution, ensuring technology solutions and security support both current business objectives and future growth
- A solid understanding of risk management, particularly in relation to cybersecurity, data protection and service continuity
- Confidence in managing suppliers and external partners to deliver high-quality services, innovation and value for money
- A collaborative approach, with a focus on driving continuous improvement
