Cloud & IT Manager
UK Remote
£60,000 to £65,000
We're partnering with a growing SaaS business seeking a Cloud & IT Manager to take ownership of Azure infrastructure, security, DevOps support, and internal IT operations.
This is a hands-on role combining technical leadership with day-to-day delivery, ideal for someone who enjoys driving automation, improving processes, and supporting a fully remote organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Support development teams with DevOps, deployment automation, and infrastructure setup.
- Ensure system security, availability, scalability, and performance.
- Lead cloud cost optimisation, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Support SOC 2, PCI, and wider security compliance initiatives.
- Develop and deliver IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, and technology procurement.
- Oversee internal IT operations, support, asset management, and end-user technology.

Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on Azure infrastructure experience.
- Background in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or IT management.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
- Strong SQL Server and/or Azure SQL knowledge.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely.
- Passion for continuous improvement and automation.
