IT Manager, SME, Microsoft, Inside IR35, £270/day, Swansea, COR7655
We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to support an SME environment of approximately 50 users. This is a contract role lasting a minimum of three months, with a strong possibility of extension. The role is 3–4 days per week onsite and offers a day rate of approximately £250–£270.
As an IT Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day IT operations, providing support across first to third line while managing technical staff and delivering IT projects and upgrades.

What’s required of the IT Manager?
- Proven experience managing IT within an SME environment
- Experience managing technical teams
- Strong Microsoft environment experience, ideally including Business Central
- Experience managing IT projects, upgrades and budgets
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide hands-on technical support
- Strong experience triaging user and system issues
