Are you the person everyone turns to when technology needs fixing, improving or simply making life easier?

We're looking for a hands-on IT Manager to join a successful and growing business, taking responsibility for the day-to-day IT function and ensuring technology supports the wider business.

Working closely with the Director, internal departments and external IT partners, you'll maintain and develop the company's IT infrastructure, support users across the business and drive continuous improvements to systems and processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and manage the day-to-day IT function across the business
  • Support the ERP system, Microsoft 365 and other key business applications
  • Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, networking and IT infrastructure
  • Provide hands-on support for users, hardware, software and technical issues
  • Work with external IT providers on upgrades, cybersecurity and business continuity
  • Drive continuous improvements to systems, processes and the overall IT environment
