Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for an Information Technology Operations - Infrastructure Technical Support Practitioner to provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, software products, hardware, and configured services across various platforms. The role will provide L1 and L2 technical troubleshooting and support across desktop, operating system, mobile, and basic infrastructure environments.
What you will do
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products.
- Support configured services running across various platforms within defined operating models and processes.
- Provide remote and onsite hardware and software support.
- Implement technology at the operating system level across server and network areas.
- Support specific software solutions, vendors, and technology brands.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L1 and L2 technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware faults.
- Build new laptops and perform required imaging processes.
- Provide mobile device support across iOS and Android platforms.
- Provide basic printer support.
- Deliver effective customer service throughout technical support activities.
- Apply technical knowledge across a broad range of IT infrastructure environments.

Qualifications
- Bring demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of IT infrastructure environments.
- Possess strong understanding of effective customer service.
- Bring relevant technical knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Possess experience troubleshooting and resolving desktop hardware faults.
- Bring experience building laptops and knowledge of imaging processes.
- Possess experience providing iOS and Android mobile support.
- Bring experience providing basic printer support.
- Possess experience providing L1 and L2 technical support across hardware, software, and infrastructure environments.
