Senior IT Operations Professional - Global FMCG Brand
Central London
£55,000-£65,000 + up to 25% bonus
4 days per week in the office
We're partnered with a world-renowned FMCG brand looking for a Senior IT Operations Professional to join their UK technology team.
This is a hands-on role within a small, fast-paced IT function where you'll take responsibility for a broad mix of 1st and 2nd Line support, while working closely with the wider business and supporting the development of more junior team members.
You'll be involved across day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, hardware, networking, AV and digital workplace technology.

We're looking for someone with:
- Strong 1st and 2nd Line IT support experience
- Excellent end-user computing and hardware knowledge
- Hands-on AV systems and digital signage experience
- Good networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management
- Experience with onboarding, user access and general IT operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to get involved across the IT environment

4 days per week in the office (WFH Friday), with 5 days expected initially while getting settled
£55,000-£65,000 + up to 25% annual bonus
