Project & Procurement Coordinator
Role Overview
Project & Procurement Coordinator to support programme delivery, procurement activities, and small project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shared mailbox requests, ensuring timely acknowledgement and allocation.
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders for third-party suppliers within agreed timelines.
- Support procurement activities for critical programmes and proactively escalate blockers.
- Manage small projects under Programme Manager guidance, ensuring milestones are delivered on time.
- Maintain accurate project records, risks, issues, and dependencies in ServiceNow.
- Provide regular client status updates and promptly communicate material changes or risks.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery.
- Collaborate with Programme Managers and Customer Delivery teams to complete actions within agreed deadlines.
