Job Description/Deliverables

  • Monitor the shared mailbox daily, acknowledging or allocating all new requests within 1 working day.
  • Raise 100% of Purchase Orders for third-party suppliers within 2 working days of receiving complete information, and support PMs through the procurement process to agreed timelines.
  • Ring-fence 50% of working capacity to procurement activities for the critical Programme, tracking progress and escalating blockers within 1 working day.
  • Manage assigned small projects within the Small Projects and Orders Team under Programme Manager guidance, targeting at least 95% of agreed milestones delivered on time (subject to change control) and ensuring risks, issues, and dependencies are kept up to date.
  • Identify and implement at least one process improvement per quarter, with the resulting benefit or efficiency improvement recorded.
  • Maintain ServiceNow as the system of record for 100% of assigned project management activities, keeping project information accurate and up to date.
  • Contribute actively to team and wider Customer Delivery priorities, completing agreed actions by their due dates.
  • Provide clients with regular agreed status updates, ensuring 100% of material risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery changes are communicated promptly.
  • Follow Programme Manager direction and proactively identify emerging risks or issues, escalating material concerns within 1 working day and proposing appropriate next steps.
