IT Project Manager – Divestiture / Carve-Out
Location: Birmingham – 2 days per week office-based | Duration: 6 Months | IR35: Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects supporting divestitures, carve-outs, M&A and business integrations.
You will be responsible for delivering complex technology separation projects, ensuring Day 1 readiness, TSA compliance, secure separation and transition into BAU.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects across divestiture and carve-out programmes.
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets and stakeholder communications.
- Lead TSA, network, identity, tenant, server and application infrastructure separation.
- Coordinate technical teams, suppliers and business stakeholders.
- Deliver multiple concurrent infrastructure initiatives.

Experience Required
- Strong IT Infrastructure Project Management background.
- Proven divestiture, carve-out, M&A or technology separation experience.
- Experience delivering to fixed Day 1 deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder, supplier and programme management skills.
- Able to operate confidently in complex, fast-paced transformation environments.
