DCC Energy Great Britain | Hybrid | 9-12 Month FTC

Be part of the energy transition.

At DCC Energy Great Britain, we're transforming how energy is delivered, managed and experienced through businesses including Flogas Britain, Certas Energy and our growing Energy Management Services platform.

As part of our Better Together transformation programme, we're bringing people, processes and technology together to create a more connected, customer-focused organisation. We're now looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to help deliver the technology and business change initiatives that will shape our future.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Change Management, you'll lead the delivery of multiple IT and business change projects across the organisation, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and with lasting business value.

This role is ideal for a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys working in complex environments, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships across business and technology teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
