IT Project Manager - WFM

Hybrid - London 3x Per week
Competitive Salary + 20% Bonus & Benefits

Travel: This role includes infrequent, fully expensed travel to Europe.

We're supporting a global organisation with operations across multiple European markets in the search for a Technology Project Manager. This role will play a key part in delivering business-critical Workforce Management (WFM) and technology transformation projects across Continental Europe.

The Opportunity

As Project Manager, you'll lead end-to-end delivery of WFM initiatives, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholder engagement. Working across business and technology teams, you'll ensure successful implementation, adoption and ongoing optimisation of workforce management solutions within a complex multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of Workforce Management and digital transformation projects.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, RAID logs, reporting and governance.
  • Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure successful go-live planning, deployment and hypercare support.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering Workforce Management (WFM) projects.
  • Strong project management background within technology, digital, or operational transformation environments.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project or similar.
  • PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Scrum certifications are advantageous.
  • German language skills are beneficial but not essential.
