This role will be responsible for managing multiple projects from initiation through to successful implementation, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, budget, timeline, and business outcomes.

Working within the Group Technology Services (GTS) team, you will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external suppliers to drive delivery excellence while maintaining strong governance and risk management practices. This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate complex technical and organisational environments.

You will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of technology projects aligned to business and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects through the full lifecycle, from discovery and business case development through delivery, transition, and benefits realisation.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance artefacts.
  • Leading cross-functional project teams comprising business stakeholders, technical specialists, and third-party suppliers.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective project governance, including steering groups, project boards, and status reporting.

  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and ensuring effective communication throughout delivery.
  • Managing supplier and partner performance to ensure contractual and delivery commitments are achieved.
  • Driving delivery against agreed outcomes whilst balancing scope, cost, risk, and timeline considerations.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of project delivery practices, governance standards, and ways of working across GTS.
  • Ensuring solutions are delivered in alignment with enterprise architecture, security, service management, and operational support requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
