Position: IT Project Manager
Location: York
Salary: up to £55,000 DOE
About the Opportunity
At Grayce, we partner with leading organisations to deliver high-impact change and transformation programmes. We're currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a major technology transformation programme, delivering business-critical initiatives across customer service and enterprise technology platforms.
This is an opportunity to lead complex technology delivery, work closely with senior stakeholders and suppliers, and play a key role in shaping the future of a growing transformation portfolio. As investment in change continues to accelerate, you'll gain exposure to high-profile programmes while building long-term capability within an established Project Management function.

What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in hearing from candidates who demonstrate:
- Proven experience delivering IT projects within complex, fast-paced organisations
- Strong project management fundamentals, including planning, governance, risk and dependency management
- Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders, building credibility and managing expectations effectively
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical information into clear and meaningful updates
- The ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and drive delivery against agreed timelines
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, ownership-led mindset with the confidence to challenge, influence and drive progress where needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate changing priorities and ambiguity
- Right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme
